Hi, I’m Ruggero—not a chef, but a storyteller with flour on my hands and a deep love for food.
For over a decade, I’ve navigated the world of media production, creative strategy, and digital communications, crafting video projects for companies like EY, Ferrero, PepsiCo, and Roche. Somewhere along the way, I generated over 110 million organic views as Head of Social Media for TV Chef Alessandra Spisni and adapted award-winning documentaries for new audiences.
The journey has taken me from the vibrant streets of Shanghai to the culinary heart of Bologna. Stories I’ve shaped have found their way to platforms like Rolling Stone, WIRED, and Redbull.com. Projects with institutions like UNESCO, Smak Museum, and Galleria Continua allowed me to explore the intersections of travel, art, and culture.
